Memorial Week-end 2008

We have had a great Memorial Week-end. Jeff & Misti's youngest son, Josh, played in a Babeball Tournament in Ft. Smith, so we rode down the mountain on our Motorcycle to see the game. Josh was of course the best player we saw on the field, so.....my camera kept zooming in on him!!

Trey was also there and we really enjoyed getting to visit with him off and on throughout the game -- he is so enjoyable to be around!

He is really fun to watch... he was ready to take any opportunity he could to get home!

Josh's team won their game -- and we really did enjoy watching this team play!! Thanks Jeff, Misti, Trey and Josh for a great afternoon!!

Rex, Jana, Bill and I were planning to ride our bikes to Enid on Monday to see our new little nieces, Brianna and Brenlie Truttmann..... We left home at 5:00 a.m., but due to the rain we encountered, we turned around at Tontitown and came back home!! We hadn't experienced riding in the rain prior to this...... so it was an experience..... but not one we plan on doing often!!! It did clear off later in the day so we rode to Eureka Springs and had a great ride ---- Just in case you haven't heard this lately.....Northwest Arkansas is soooo pretty and we feel very blessed to get to enjoy this beauty .... you can't help but be in awe at God's creation!
